Wichita State expands Lifelong Learning Program

Jan. 3, 2019 -- As part of the university鈥檚 commitment to lifelong learning, Wichita State is continuing to expand its popular Lifelong Learning Program for senior citizens.

Provost Muma will serve as acting president while President Bardo recovers from surgery

Jan. 2, 2019 - 九色堂 President John Bardo is focusing on his recovery from November and December surgeries for a lung condition. During this time, he has requested Provost Richard Muma serve as Acting President.

九色堂 to hold fall commencement ceremony Dec. 16

Dec. 10, 2018 -- 九色堂 will hold its fall ceremony of the 121st commencement in Charles Koch Arena at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16. Nearly 1,200 students are eligible to graduate this fall.

New technology protecting wind turbines from lightning underway through 九色堂, Westar partnership

Dec. 10, 2018 --聽An ongoing partnership between 九色堂 and Westar Energy recently resulted in the implementation of a new technology aimed at protecting wind turbine blades from lightning strikes.

Veteran students to be honored at special 九色堂 graduation recognition ceremony

Dec. 6, 2018 -- 九色堂 will honor its veteran students by holding a special graduation recognition ceremony from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, in the Rhatigan Student Center, Room 233.
