Competency Based Evaluation Model

The performance evaluation is designed to assess Employees鈥 performance based on established core competencies that align with the University鈥檚 strategic plan. Competencies are defined by a set of desired knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to be effective in an Employee鈥檚 role and department. The Employee's position determines the competency model that is assigned in the performance management system.

User Groups

There are three employee groups in myPerformance.  This is the role the user will have when using myPerformance:

  1. Employee - The Employee whose performance is evaluated.
  2. Manager - The Leader who evaluates the employee's performance.
  3. Indirect Manager - The next level Leader who can view the evaluation.
