JAMS is a leader in international coordination of research, development, and standardization for structures constructed from composites and advanced materials. The common goal of this joint center, as with the other COEs, is to create a cost-sharing academic, industrial, and governmental partnership.

Joint Advanced Materials & Structures Center of Excellence (JAMS) 2024 Technical Review

Where: Long Beach Convention Center, Long Beach, CA

JAMS attendees should register for an 鈥淓xhibits Only鈥 pass and use the code JAMS24. This pass includes entry into JAMS sessions, Exhibit Hall, Keynote Presentation and Welcome Reception.

Industry, government and academic collaborators are invited to attend the 2024 Joint Advanced Materials & Structures Center of Excellence (JAMS) Technical Review held in conjunction with SAMPE 2024.This review allows JAMS researchers and the FAA to focus their research efforts appropriately to the needs of industry. It includes reviews from the Center of Excellence for Composites and Advanced Materials (CECAM) at 九色堂 and the  (AMTAS) at the .

The Center of Excellence for Composites and Advanced Materials (CECAM) is a division of the FAA鈥檚 Joint Advanced Materials and Structure Center of Excellence, established in 2004 to assist in ensuring the safe and reliable application of composites and advanced materials to commercial aircraft.

In December 2003, the Federal Aviation Administration announced a joint award to the University of Washington and 九色堂 to create a new FAA Joint Advanced Materials and Structures Center of Excellence (JAMS).
