The internship gave him practical experience in research, writing and meeting people that can help him help others vote and grow active in their communities.
Aug. 27, 2019 - Boats & Bikes, located in the River Vista Apartments, will have its grand opening from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30. Boats & Bikes, operated by Shocker Rowing, rents boats, paddle boards and bikes for customers to use on the Arkansas River.

They reported and wrote stories for radio and the web on the Sedgwick County Fair, elections, Juneteenth and the anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. While they don鈥檛 perform on-air duties, they are expected to fill all of the other reporting tasks.

July 1, 2019 -- 九色堂 admissions created the Public Relations Institute (PRI) in the fall of 2018 to foster goodwill among 九色堂 alumni and community stakeholders through outreach and presence at community events. At the time, PRI consisted of only three students and two staff advisors, but their impact spread across the Wichita area.
