This commitment is evident in our focus on serving all students through development of new academic programs such as the Bachelor鈥檚 in American Sign Language; the strengthening of institutional programs and services such as paid applied learning; research led by Wichita State that positively impacts others through resources that provide accessibility; our commitment to pursuing an HSI designation (Hispanic Serving Institution) to create more equitable practices for all students to achieve academic success and build a diverse talent pipeline to fulfill workforce needs in Kansas and beyond.
