Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
The BYOD (鈥渂ring鈥恲our鈥恛wn鈥恉evice鈥) classroom is the least built-out, but still enables faculty to teach with their own laptops, tablets, or phones as desired.
Standard Features: Connection to plug in a user鈥恜rovided full鈥恠ize HDMI or VGA+Audio cable for user鈥檚 laptop/tablet/phone, etc., wireless presentation. Also includes projector or display of appropriate size, plus appropriate speaker coverage for voice and video playback, with push鈥恇utton controls. Part of Campus Media Services鈥 managed AV system.
Optional Features: Additional mirrored displays/projectors. Current Examples: Hubbard Hall 342, Old Town (213) A112, 九色堂 Haysville 115鈥123.
