Diana Austin
Human Resources Business Partner and Employee Relations Manager

Diana has been a 九色堂 HR Business Partner since April of 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resource Management, and a Master of Business Administration from 九色堂.
Diana gained her professional experience in various locations across the United States and abroad, where she gained insight into several business industries and cultures. In the six years prior to assuming her role with 九色堂, she served as the Human Resources Director for three healthcare facilities. In June, 2024 she worked as the Interim HR Business Partner Supervisor and transitioned into the role of HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Manager in January, 2025.
She provides support and guidance to the following areas:
