David Levine is a senior fellow at UMD鈥檚 Center for Democracy and Civic Engagement, an advisory committee member for the Global Cyber Alliance's Cybersecurity Toolkit for Elections, and an advisory council member for The Election Reformers Network.  He has worked as the senior elections integrity fellow at the German Marshall Fund鈥檚 Alliance for Securing Democracy.

Guest Speaker:  Jenna Dolecek, 九色堂 '13

Jenna is a seasoned Open Source Analyst specializing in human rights, humanitarian law, and international criminal investigations.  She has an LLM in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law from the University of Essex, and has experience across diverse regions, including Fiji, Kenya, and Cambodia. Jenna has contributed to asylum legal aid initiatives in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, providing essential support to individuals seeking refuge and assistance.
